What You’ll Work On
You’ll collaborate directly with our brokerage and development team on active client projects. This is not a “coffee run” internship. It’s an opportunity to gain real skills and industry insight through meaningful work.
Areas of focus include:
Buyer Representation: Conduct site research, ownership lookups, and property outreach; support active tenant expansion projects.
Seller Representation: Run void analyses to identify missing retailers in a trade area; draft site submission packages with demographics, traffic counts, and mapping data.
Market Research & Zoning: Analyze zoning overlays, site feasibility, and entitlement pathways using industry platforms and GIS tools.
Client & Deal Support: Prepare marketing flyers, LOI summaries, and outreach lists; track submissions and responses in Monday.com.
