Our Principal
Brittany Megrath is the Managing Broker, Principal, and founder of M Square Commercial (MSC). MSC was founded in 2019 in Las Vegas, Nevada. At the time, the brokerage was focused on retail tenants within the Nevada market. Today, MSC underwrites and works in more than 60 markets across the United States and has assisted in transactions in fifteen states. Brittany is now a licensed broker in Nevada, Georgia, and New Mexico.
Brittany and the MSC team have transacted more than $50 million in real estate value over the past 5 years. The company now works across asset classes, and on both the buy and sale side of the transactions. MSC now has clients that range across markets from Massachusetts to Pennsylvania to Nevada, and experience with raw land, office, retail, fitness, quick service restaurants, car washes, automotive services, and more.
Brittany currently works as a third party consultant for one of the largest developers in the country overseeing the development process for their car wash tenant, managing their excess land portfolio curated by local broker relationships, and drives build to suit programs with national tenants.
Brittany holds a Bachelor’s in Business, CCIM designation, and Financial Modeling and Analyst (FMVA) certification. She is member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a certified barre and mat Pilates instructor and is married with two young boys.
