Our Principal
Brittany Megrath is the Managing Broker, Principal, and Founder of M Square Commercial (MSC), a national commercial real estate brokerage she launched in 2019 in Las Vegas, Nevada. MSC was initially focused on representing retail tenants in the Nevada market and has since expanded to operate in over 60 markets nationwide, completing transactions in 15 states.
Brittany’s path to real estate began with a remarkable early career in the arts. She graduated high school in Las Vegas at the age of 16 and went on to study ballet at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. From age 17 to 28, she danced professionally with a variety of companies across the U.S. and Canada. She concluded her performing career in Las Vegas as a featured performer in the iconic production Don Arden’s Jubilee. As she transitioned out of the performing arts, Brittany brought the same discipline, resilience, and creative drive that defined her dance career into her next chapter: commercial real estate.
Over the past six years, Brittany and the MSC team have transacted over $100 million in real estate value. MSC now works across asset classes and on both acquisition and disposition sides, with clients ranging from Massachusetts to Pennsylvania to Nevada. The team has experience with raw land, office, retail, fitness, QSR, car washes, automotive services, and more.
Brittany also serves as a third-party consultant to one of the nation’s largest developers, where she manages development projects for a major car wash tenant, oversees an excess land portfolio through local broker relationships, and leads build-to-suit programs with national brands.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Business, is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and holds the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification. Brittany is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a certified barre and mat Pilates instructor. She lives in Las Vegas with her husband and two young boys.
