How to Apply
Send your résumé and a short cover letter explaining your interest in commercial real estate and your availability for the next internship
I had the privilege of completing my internship with M Square Commercial, and it was an incredibly rewarding experience. I primarily worked remotely, but I never once felt disconnected thanks to the guidance and responsiveness of Brittany Michelle Megrath and Randall Macy. Any time I faced a challenge, they were quick to provide support and thoughtful direction, which made a huge difference in my learning.
During the internship, I gained hands-on exposure to the commercial real estate lifecycle, developing skills in client communication, negotiation, budget forecasting, and zoning analysis. Brittany and Randall’s dedication and mentorship were unmatched, and I truly appreciated the trust they placed in me to contribute meaningfully to live projects.
I’m very grateful for the opportunity and would highly recommend this internship to anyone eager to break into commercial real estate, private equity, or development. It’s a rare chance to learn directly from industry professionals who are both knowledgeable and genuinely invested in your growth.
